"T&T Group were employed by Meredith Street Investments for a category A office refurbishment in EC1 London to carry out
and manage all aspects of the construction and demolition work. Which comprised of a full strip out and refurbishment of 10 individual commercial units into one open plan office over two floors basement and ground encompassing 4,897 sq ft.
The standard of works was very high. Sub-contractors were well managed appropriately implementing health and safety to a high standard as well as delivering the project on time and in budget. On the whole, we were pleased with the overall conduct of T&T Group and would certainly work with them again in the future."
